Job summary

City Developments Limited (CDL) seeks a senior technology leader to drive digital, data, and AI initiatives across the organization. You will partner with business leaders, architects, data engineers, developers, and vendors to translate challenges into deployable solutions and accelerate value realization.

The role requires 8-12+ years in technology consulting and proven experience delivering enterprise-scale deployments, cloud/AI, and cross-functional leadership across units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-12+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, product delivery, or enterprise implementation.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale deployments.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Track record of delivering data, cloud, AI or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify operational challenges and transformation opportunities.
• Define business requirements, success metrics, and deployment roadmaps.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product and technical requirements.
• Advisor to business units on AI, digital, data, and automation opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of digital products, AI solutions, and enterprise applications.
• Drive pilot implementations and scale successful initiatives across multiple business units.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including development, product, data, QA, cybersecurity, and vendors.
• Work with architects and development teams to design practical and scalable solutions.
• Ensure deployment approaches align with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.
• Validate technical feasibility, integration requirements, and operational readiness.
• Oversee rollout planning, testing, training, and hypercare support.
• Drive deployment of AI-powered solutions and agentic workflows.
• Work with data teams to ensure data readiness, quality, governance, and accessibility.
• Support AI model operationalization and business adoption.
• Identify opportunities for automation and productivity improvements.
• Develop change management and communication plans.
• Work with business champions to drive user adoption.
• Measure and report business outcomes and benefits realization.
• Establish feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Manage external implementation partners, consultants, and technology vendors.
• Review delivery quality, milestones, and contractual obligations.
• Ensure vendor deliverables align with business expectations and architectural standards.

The role combines consulting, solution architecture, product delivery, stakeholder management, and change leadership to ensure technology initiatives achieve measurable business outcomes. The individual will work closely with business leaders, product owners, architects, data engineers, developers, and external partners to translate business challenges into deployable solutions and accelerate realization of value.

Job Responsibilities

Business Engagement & Solution Discovery

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8-12+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, product delivery, enterprise applications, or solution implementation.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale deployments.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Track record of delivering data, cloud, AI or digital transformation initiatives.
• Possess the following technical skills: Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure and other clouds), Agile Product Delivery, AI / GenAI Technologies, Enterprise Integration & APIs, Full Stack development, Data Platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, SQL).
• Possess the following leadership competencies: Strategic Thinking, Executive Communication, Stakeholder Management, Consultative Problem Solving, Change Leadership, Decision Making Under Ambiguity, Business Acumen.
