Cedars Digital is looking for a Technical Lead to help drive the next stage of our regional and global growth, building AI-powered carbon management solutions that help enterprises measure, manage and reduce their carbon footprint.

As Technical Lead you will design, build and scale our enterprise SaaS platform, lead an engineering squad, and collaborate with product, design and QA teams across distributed locations.

Qualifications

• : At least 8-10 years of professional experience in full-stack or software engineering.
• : Experience leading or providing technical direction to an engineering squad, including guiding technical decisions, supporting engineers, and driving delivery.
• : Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript; hands-on experience building frontend apps with React.js; backend services with Node.js/NestJS/Express.js.
• : Solid experience with relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL).
• : Familiarity with API design, OpenAPI specs and contract-first development.
• : Proficient in Git-based workflows and writing tests (unit/integration).
• : Comfortable with cloud deployments (GCP) and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• : Leading an engineering squad, providing technical direction, driving delivery, and upholding code quality.
• : Designing, developing and maintaining full-stack web applications using TypeScript, React.js, Node.js and NestJS.
• : Building scalable UI across micro-frontend architecture and Next.js App Router apps.
• : Designing and implementing RESTful APIs from OpenAPI specifications and docs.
• : Designing database schemas, optimizing queries (PostgreSQL), and managing asynchronous workloads (Redis, queues).
• : Delivering features end-to-end from design to production; writing tests; reviewing code.
• : Troubleshooting production issues and improving performance; working with GCP and Kubernetes.
