Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, transformation, or change delivery.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Frame ambiguous client challenges into clear objectives and value hypotheses.
• Design and prototype processes, journeys, and concepts; prototype workflows and services.
• Translate needs into implementable requirements and delivery plans; support agile delivery.
• Drive stakeholder adoption, change readiness, and governance for responsible AI.
• Contribute to reusable templates, playbooks, and delivery accelerators.
