Job summary

HAL Completions Mfg seeks an Innovation Advisor/Manager to identify, evaluate, and implement AI, automation, analytics, and digital solutions that boost business performance and operational effectiveness. You will translate challenges into practical solutions, lead pilots, and guide adoption across teams.

Experience in leading AI or digital transformation projects and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in STEM and 7 years of experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, Digital Transformation, Innovation, Advanced Analytics, or related areas.
Proven experience leading and delivering AI or digital transformation projects.
Familiarity with AI, automation, analytics, cloud platforms, low-code technologies, and digital transformation tools.
Strong problem-solving and business consulting skills.Experience facilitating cross-functional discussions and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Partner with business teams to understand challenges and solution requirements.
Assess and recommend AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies.
Lead feasibility studies, pilots, and solution deployments.
Provide subject matter expertise on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Evaluate vendors, platforms, and solution alternatives.
Facilitate technical discussions and workshops with stakeholders.
Support implementation, user adoption, and change management activities.
Establish implementation standards, governance, and best practices.
Monitor technology trends and identify new capabilities for business objectives.
