Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager to lead new product development for digital, AI-enabled and platform products.

You will define product visions, roadmaps and measurable outcomes, collaborating across business, technology, operations, finance and vendors to drive discovery, delivery and lifecycle management. The role requires strong product judgement, customer-centric design thinking and disciplined agile execution, with a focus on reusable platform capabilities and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, product planning, new product development, digital delivery or related roles.
• Strong experience defining and communicating product vision, strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience with platform‑as‑a‑product principles and managing internal platforms.
• Hands‑on with product discovery, user research and customer journey mapping.
• Ability to manage lifecycle activities from ideation to continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management; able to lead workshops and align executives.
• Knowledge of agile, Scrum and Kanban; comfortable using Jira for boards and backlogs.
• Ability to improve developer experience and self‑service journeys.
• Strong AI literacy with understanding of GenAI capabilities and governance.
• Strong business and commercial acumen including budgeting and benefits realization.
• Experience working with vendors and cross‑functional teams to shape feasible solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to prepare executive updates and roadmaps.
• Change management skills to support platform adoption across multiple teams.
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments with structured discovery and iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps for digital, AI-enabled and platform products.
• Lead product discovery and validate ideas via market and user research.
• Apply platform‑as‑a‑product principles to manage shared technology products.
• Develop value propositions, business cases and expected benefits.
• Manage lifecycle from ideation through launch, adoption and optimization.
• Use customer-centric design thinking to map journeys and address gaps.
• Prioritize capabilities and backlogs based on value, feasibility and risk.
• Drive platform adoption through improved developer experience and self‑service paths.
• Facilitate workshops and decision sessions with business, technology and leadership.
• Balance stakeholder interests and align scope, priorities and timelines.
• Work with Agile delivery teams to define epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define success metrics for platform adoption, outcomes and business value.
• Engage vendors to shape feasible solutions and manage delivery dependencies.
• Evaluate AI use cases, governance risks and practical GenAI opportunities.
