Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore is seeking a data analytics professional to generate timely insights and dashboards that underpin sales and distribution performance. The role focuses on AI-enabled analytics, automation, and stakeholder decision support to improve productivity and forecast accuracy.

You will work within the Distribution Strategy, Performance and Compensation team, leveraging tools like Qlik and Power BI to deliver actionable business insights while ensuring data governance

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of working experience in a numerate environment.
• Experience in data automation, digital transformation, AI-enabled analytics or BI solutions is advantageous.
• Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Timely delivery of insights, forecasts and reports for management, distribution channels and stakeholders.
• Support channels on strategic topics, including deep-dive sales analysis and simulation, to drive channel distribution.
• Develop plans to satisfy business needs and drive distribution goals.
• Lead report dashboarding, automation and AI-enabled analytics to improve efficiency and insights.
