Job summary

At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, Curriculum to lead strategy and operations for our programmes, with a focus on cost-efficiency and AI-enabled content development.

You will oversee reviews, map regulatory requirements with CPE ERF, EduTrust, and SSG guidelines, and mentor curriculum teams to deliver high‑quality adult-education outcomes.

This role demands hands-on content ownership, KPI governance, and collaboration with the University BABSE degree pathway.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• 6–8 years in instructional design or curriculum management; at least 3 years in leadership within a Singapore PEI or SSG-funded CET institute.
• Proven ability to manage cost, operations, and regulatory audits in education settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven curriculum reviews and optimize content production costs.
• Oversee end-to-end content development, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes and standards.
• Manage regulatory reviews and university articulation for BABSE pathway and compliance with SSG/SSG guidelines.
