Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a role to support MAS' digitalisation by applying WOG AI tools to improve processes. You will configure tools, develop prompts, test outputs, and document workflows with stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using and configuring generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage business users to understand pain points and map workflows into use cases.
• Identify and configure WOG digital and AI tools to meet user needs.
• Develop, test and refine prompts to ensure accurate AI outputs.
• Document configurations, prompts, workflows and usage guidance.
• Support project management activities and coordinate stakeholders.
• Stay updated on new WOG AI capabilities and share best practices.
