Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Business Analyst to help identify and implement AI and GenAI initiatives that improve business processes and outcomes. The role collaborates with business, Data Science, and Engineering teams to translate needs into practical AI solutions and support end-to-end project delivery.

You will gather requirements, map stakeholder needs to technical specs, and monitor solution performance while contributing to governance, risk, and auditability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, AI/GenAI, data analytics, digital transformation, or technology project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess AI/GenAI use cases with business stakeholders and evaluate their feasibility and potential impact.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Work with Data Science and Engineering teams to scope, pilot, and implement AI/GenAI solutions.
• Support project planning, delivery, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
• Monitor AI solution performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support responsible AI adoption, including governance, risk, explainability, and auditability.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
