Qualifications

• 2+ years in visual content creation with a commercial portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for images and video.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Ability to art-direct AI outputs and maintain brand consistency.
• Understanding of licensing and usage rights for assets.

Responsibilities

• Visual Production: create commercial-grade images, renderings, visuals, and short-form videos.
• Video & Motion: produce short-form video and motion graphics for social and paid media.
• Brief Interpretation: translate briefs into creative directions and mood boards.
• Brand Consistency: maintain visual identity and asset libraries.
• Prompt Engineering & Workflow: develop and document prompts and workflows.
• Editing & Finishing: retouch and finalize assets to commercial standard.
• Commercial Compliance: ensure outputs have proper releases, licensing, and guidelines.
• Iteration & Collaboration: incorporate feedback and deliver revisions quickly.
• Trend & Tool Monitoring: stay current on new AI tools and capabilities.
