• Understanding of licensing and usage rights for assets.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Content Creator to produce high-quality visual assets — images, 3D-style renderings, and short-form video — for commercial use across our marketing, brand, and product channels.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who understands commercial visual standards (advertising, social, e-commerce, corporate) and knows how to get the best out of today's generative AI tools — while respecting brand consistency, licensing, and usage rights.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Production: Create commercial-grade images, product renderings, lifestyle visuals, and short-form videos using generative AI tools and complementary editing software.
• Video & Motion: Produce short-form video, animated visuals, and motion graphics for social, web, and paid media, including AI-generated and AI-assisted motion content.
• Brief Interpretation: Translate given briefs into clear creative directions, mood boards, and style references before production.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain visual identity, tone, and quality standards across all generated assets; build and refine reusable prompts, style guides, and asset libraries.
• Prompt Engineering & Workflow: Develop, test, and document effective prompts and workflows
• Editing & Finishing: Use tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, or equivalents to retouch, composite, and finalize AI-generated assets to commercial standard.
• Commercial Compliance: Ensure all outputs are cleared for commercial use, including model releases, licensing, and adherence to platform and regulatory guidelines
• Iteration & Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback and delivering revised versions quickly.
• Trend & Tool Monitoring: Stay current on new AI tools, models, and capabilities, evaluating and adopting those that improve quality, speed, or cost-efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in visual content creation, graphic design, motion graphics, or digital production — with a portfolio demonstrating commercial-quality work.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion / ComfyUI, Runway, Sora, Pika, Kaiber, or similar, for both stills and video.
• Design Software: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent.
• Visual Literacy: Strong eye for composition, color, lighting, typography, and brand aesthetics; able to art-direct AI output rather than accept default results.
• Prompt Craft: Demonstrated ability to write, iterate, and refine prompts for consistent, controllable, and on-brand results.
• Commercial Awareness: Understanding of image and video licensing, usage rights, and what is required for assets to be used in paid advertising and e-commerce.
• Communication: Able to take a brief, ask the right questions, and explain creative choices to non-creative stakeholders.
• Organization: Comfortable managing multiple assets and projects simultaneously with fast turnaround.

Nice to Have

• 3D rendering or visualization experience (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar).
• Experience building automated or batch workflows for asset generation.
• Photography or video production background.
