Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
Approximately 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, account support, B2B marketing, or related role.
Strong interest in international B2B sales and the U.S. market.
Comfortable conducting online customer research and cold outreach.
Good understanding of LinkedIn prospecting and social media lead generation.
Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for research, communication, and productivity.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple customers, projects, and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Research potential customers in the U.S. market using LinkedIn and online platforms.
Identify key decision-makers and build a structured database of prospects.
Prepare outreach emails and LinkedIn messages and follow up to convert leads.
