Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to understand challenges and requirements.
- Assess and recommend AI, automation, analytics, and digital solutions.
- Lead feasibility studies, pilots, and deployments.
- Provide SME on emerging technologies and best practices.
- Evaluate vendors, platforms and solution options.
- Facilitate technical workshops with stakeholders.
- Support implementation, adoption, and change management.
- Establish implementation standards and governance.
- Monitor technology trends to identify new capabilities.
