Job summary

Searce Inc in Singapore invites an entry-level Forward-Deployed Engineer to join a hands-on squad deployed into customer environments, building, debugging, and shipping AI systems under real production constraints.

You will spend most of your time on practical engineering work, with the rest guiding the customer's team through what you built and why, across data pipelines, backend services, and the AI/agent layer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years in software or data engineering, including hands-on AI/ML work.
• Code shipped that ran in a live production environment.

Responsibilities

• Ship fixes and improvements inside customer environments with real data.
• Debug against live production data and identify root causes.
• Assess whether fixes are one-off or part of a broader workflow.
• Turn builds into reusable patterns for future engagements.
• Integrate into the customer's processes and hand over deliverables.
