Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Technical Business Analyst / Technical Project Manager to own AI and data science delivery—from problem definition to production handover.

You will engage with business stakeholders, shape objectives into clear scopes and success criteria, and guide teams through Agile/Scrum processes acrossCloud platforms.

You'll manage risks, governance, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery and a smooth operational handover to BAU after release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field.
• Proven track record in AI or data science project delivery.
• Experience applying Agile/Scrum to AI/ML projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate them into project goals and success criteria.
• Lead end-to-end AI/data science projects with planning, tracking, and delivery ownership.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies tailored to AI delivery and ensure governance.
• Communicate progress and results to non-technical stakeholders with clarity.
• Coordinate handover to BAU teams after release and capture key learnings.
