Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore invites a Data Scientist to lead end-to-end AI projects, translating business challenges into actionable plans and scalable solutions. You will manage cross-functional teams, apply Agile/Scrum delivery, and ensure production deployment and handover to BAU, with a focus on governance and stakeholder communication.

1-year contract convertible to permanent, Marina Bay location, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent required.
3+ years in a delivery role supporting AI/data science projects.
Proven track record of end-to-end AI/data science project delivery from ideation to deployment.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and adapting them to AI/ML delivery.
Experience with major cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) and AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into project statements and success criteria.
Lead end-to-end Data Science/AI projects, owning planning, progress tracking, and delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure governance, documentation, and formal approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
Present findings and outcomes to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, business-friendly manner.
Coordinate smooth handover to BAU or operations after release and capture key learnings.
