Job summary

Deloitte Singapore is seeking a senior transformation leader to guide AI strategy and product development, leading cross-functional teams across business, data and technology to deliver value.

You will work with clients on Heart of the Business strategy, define requirements, and translate them into AI-enabled solutions, including RAG and enterprise search, while driving agile delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in transformation or consulting roles.
• Experience leading business-model design and implementation.
• Experience in AI strategy, Generative AI product development, analytics or automation.
• Knowledge of RAG, language models, cloud AI services, enterprise search.
• Product ownership to lead cross-functional teams with agile delivery.
• Experience in data governance, data quality, master-data management, cleansing, migration, and analytics.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for wide audiences.
• Willingness to travel locally and abroad for projects.

Responsibilities

• Help clients make decisions and implement solutions using Heart of the Business strategy.
• Define, analyze, and manage client requirements to fulfil needs.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies and innovative approaches.
• Conduct research and data analysis, and create reports.
• Assist in proposal development and engage in market-positioning materials.
• Lead AI product initiatives including knowledge-management and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Provide product ownership and stakeholder leadership across cross-functional teams using agile methods.
• Support data governance, data quality, master-data cleansing, migration, reporting and analytics.
• Communicate AI opportunities, risks, and value to senior stakeholders.
