Job summary

TikTok is seeking an AI Data Operation Specialist to lead quality initiatives in content moderation for the Live platform, combining human labeling with ML models, including LLMs.

You will train models on large labeled datasets, analyze moderation data for insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and processes. Strong English and regional Vietnamese language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in AI data operation, ML for content quality, product operations, or analytics.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Basic understanding of ML concepts and LLMs.
• Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and generate insights.
• Fluent in English; Vietnamese proficiency is a plus for regional context.

Responsibilities

• Lead content moderation quality initiatives across BPO and teams; calibrate policies and arbitration processes.
• Label content for queues; analyze trends and provide actionable insights to project teams.
• Train AI models on large labeled data; assist in data preparation, cleaning and structuring.
• Analyze moderation data across queues to derive trends and plan solutions.
• Maintain quality artifacts for content moderation and drive process improvements.
