Job summary

LanceSoft Singapore seeks a mid-level AI Agent Factory Solutions Architect to design and implement agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrating with enterprise knowledge sources and Azure services.

You will build copilots, orchestrate multi-step workflows with Power Automate, ensure ALM governance, security, and observability across environments, and work with stakeholders from CSAs to architects.

Qualifications

• Experience with Copilot Studio and multichannel deployments.
• Proficiency in Power Automate flow design and custom connectors.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Search, vector retrieval and enrichment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure custom copilots and knowledge sources.
• Implement agent workflows using Power Automate, HTTP actions, and APIs.
• Integrate connectors with enterprise systems (Dynamics, SAP, ServiceNow).
• Ensure governance, security, and observability across environments.
