HSBC Global Payments Solutions GPS in Singapore is seeking an AI COE Delivery Lead to guide the GenAI program from discovery through adoption. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists and product owners, shaping the AI strategy and ensuring responsible delivery across regions.

The role requires deep knowledge of LLMs, agent architectures and enterprise AI, with strong stakeholder management, agile delivery and a background in regulated financial services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering enterprise software or platform solutions
• 3+ years in senior engineering leadership roles
• 2+ years in hands-on Agentic AI development
• Deep expertise in LLMs and agent architectures
• Experience designing enterprise RAG/GraphRAG solutions
• Proven ability to build and run large-scale, low-latency platforms
• Experience delivering AI in regulated environments with security requirements
• Strong Agile delivery and end-to-end product ownership

Responsabilités

• Lead AI COE delivery team through full lifecycle: discovery to adoption
• Own GenAI product vision, strategy and roadmap for Singapore
• Prioritize GenAI backlog balancing value, capability and risk
• Collaborate with engineering, data, architecture, product and ML specialists
• Embed responsible GenAI controls covering safety, privacy and security
• Translate objectives into delivery roadmaps, milestones and success measures
• Lead governance forums and cross-functional collaboration across regions
• Ensure compliance with AI, data, security, privacy and regulatory requirements
• Establish consistent use-case assessment, value tracking and production readiness
