HSBC Holdings plc is seeking an AI Delivery Lead within Global Payments Solutions (GPS) AI COE in Singapore. This role drives the GenAI product vision, coordinating with engineering, data and product teams to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions for enterprise use.

You will own the GenAI backlog, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead cross-functional teams across regions to deliver measurable outcomes. A senior engineering leadership background and hands-on AI experience are essential.

Qualificações

• 8+ years delivering enterprise software or platform solutions.
• 3+ years in senior engineering leadership; 2+ years in hands-on Agentic AI development.
• Deep expertise in LLMs and agent architectures.
• Experience designing enterprise RAG, knowledge graphs.
• Proven experience building scalable, low-latency platforms.
• Experience in secure-by-design delivery in regulated environments.
• Strong collaboration and end-to-end product ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI COE delivery team through full lifecycle: discovery to adoption.
• Own GenAI product vision, strategy and roadmap for Singapore.
• Define and prioritise GenAI backlog balancing value, cost and risk.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, architecture and ML teams.
• Embed responsible GenAI controls for safety, privacy and security.
• Translate objectives into roadmaps, milestones and governance.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders and governance forums.
• Ensure compliance with AI, data, privacy, legal requirements.
• Establish repeatable use-case assessment and value tracking.
