Job summary

Oung Construction (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive AI/IT professional to identify opportunities for AI adoption and drive automation across departments. You will analyze workflows, design AI-driven solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement tools and systems.

The role involves data preparation, vendor liaison, and ongoing support for IT infrastructure, including cloud services and user management. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Artificial Intelligence or related field.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts, data processing, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, automation platforms, data analytics tools) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of IT systems, including cloud platforms, email systems, and basic networking.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse business processes.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Prior experience in AI implementation, digital transformation, or IT support will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities to implement AI and digital solutions to improve business operations and productivity across departments.

• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for the setup, integration, and maintenance of AI and IT systems.
• Monitor and optimise the performance of implemented AI solutions to ensure effectiveness and scalability.
• Support and maintain company IT infrastructure, including email systems, cloud platforms, and user account management.
• Provide technical support to employees to ensure smooth usage of AI tools and IT systems.
• Maintain proper documentation of systems, processes, and IT assets.
