Job summary

Shopee is seeking a data-driven, analytically minded professional to optimise AI-powered automation and enhance post-purchase experiences. You will analyze user pain points, benchmark against competitors, and partner with Product, Tech, and Data teams to shape AI-driven evaluation metrics.

You will also drive cost and risk improvements while delivering scalable operations and actionable market insights to guide strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; a Master's degree is a plus but not required
• Minimally 2 years of full-time work experience
• At least 1 year of relevant full-time working experience in AI-driven products, AI automation, AI transformation, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of turning data into actionable insights and decisions
• Demonstrated experience translating ambiguous business problems into structured technical requirements for Product/Tech/Data teams
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Analyse user pain points and conduct competitor benchmarking to uncover gaps in the platform's end-to-end post-purchase experience
• Drive operational excellence by optimising cost, risk, and workforce efficiency - building scalable, sustainable operations while enhancing customer experience
• Design and deploy scalable AI-powered automation solutions to enhance auto-judging accuracy and capabilities
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Data teams to define evaluation metrics, guardrails, and rollout plans for AI-driven decision-making
• Perform in-depth data analysis and market research to gather actionable insights, guide strategic direction, and identify continuous improvement opportunities
