Job summary

Shopee's Search & Recommendation & Ads & Content team leverages AI-driven data to deliver smarter shopping experiences. You will design indicators, build automated dashboards, and run analytics to support product and performance decisions across e-commerce, ads, and content.

You will work with very large datasets, apply statistical methods, run A/B tests, and collaborate with PM and Algo teams to translate insights into concrete feature improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• At least 3 years of data analysis experience.
• Experience with statistical methods and A/B testing.
• Experience building dashboards and analyses from large datasets.
• Familiarity with web analytics and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics and build automated dashboards and analytical frameworks.
• Analyze data fluctuations and conduct deep-dive analyses to identify drivers.
• Make data-driven decisions by structuring and executing product and performance analyses.
• Design A/B test evaluation strategy and indicator matrix.
• Provide recommendations for data improvement and data quality across platforms.
• Analyze business and algorithm influence to inform PM and Algo teams.
