Job summary

Infinity Financial Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a product/automation-focused professional to own the AI and automation layer supporting our advisory team.

You will scope, build, and run production systems, collaborating with financial advisors to identify automation opportunities and assemble solutions using LLM and workflow tooling. You will maintain a knowledge base of financial products, create workflows for product comparisons, and automate quotations while aligning with evolving product

Qualifications

• Product ownership with shipped tooling in real-world scenarios.
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, RAG or workflow platforms.
• Experience with low-code orchestration (n8n, Dify, Coze) for automation.
• Proficient in Python or scripting for data processing.
• Ability to script workflows across internal systems and data sources.
• Comfort designing around regulatory constraints, not as friction.
• Reliable progress reporting of risks and blockers.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, and build AI and automation systems for advisers.
• Develop and maintain a searchable knowledge base of financial products.
• Create workflows generating structured product comparisons.
• Automate quotation assembly and structured product data.
• Implement AI-assisted drafting tools for client inquiries.
• Collaborate with advisers to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Build automation with LLMs and workflow tooling to improve efficiency.
• Maintain automation systems as products evolve with regulations.
• Coordinate with external developers for deeper engineering work.
• Ensure human-in-the-loop with adviser review of client-facing decisions.
• Aim to reduce adviser drafting time from 40 minutes to 2 minutes.
