Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is hiring to help leading Products industry clients across Southeast Asia accelerate business transformation through AI, Agentic AI, and digital innovation. You will advise senior stakeholders on transformation strategy, identify growth opportunities, and drive measurable outcomes at scale.

As a trusted advisor, you will shape transformation roadmaps, build business cases, and present at executive levels.

Qualifications

Experience in management consulting, business transformation, or strategy consulting.
Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI and their business applications.
Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience leading or supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with large multinational organizations, preferably within Products industries.

Responsibilities

Advise executives on AI, Agentic AI, and transformation strategies.
Shape roadmaps to improve growth, productivity, and operations.
Identify opportunities to apply AI and emerging tech to create value.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across markets.
Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive presentations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes and drive account growth.
Stay ahead of industry trends to help clients reinvent themselves.
