Job summary

TikTok is hiring to advance AI Agents for the TikTok Shop ecosystem, spanning requirement analysis, architecture design, development, and deployment. You will craft intelligent, efficient product experiences for merchants and users within e-commerce contexts.

Your work will drive deep integration of Agent capabilities across automated customer service, operations, and content generation, while shaping the technology stack with cutting-edge AI methods and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Excellent coding skills with strong proficiency in programming languages
• Familiarity with Agent architecture components and open-source Agent frameworks
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills; adaptable to fast-changing environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and iterate AI Agents for TikTok Shop scenarios from requirement analysis to architecture design, development, and launch
• Implement Agent capabilities into core e-commerce scenarios (customer service, product operation, decision support, content generation, automation)
• Develop and optimize the Agent technology stack (Context Engineering, Harness, RAG, Multi-Agent collaboration, Memory systems, Reinforcement Learning, workflow orchestration, knowledge base)
• Understand merchant needs in e-commerce domains to tailor Agents to complex requirements and real-world problems
• Stay abreast of AI and large language model advances and rapidly apply new tech to product iterations
