Job summary

TikTok is building a next-generation unified Agent system for global e-commerce customer service, spanning 30+ languages. As a new graduate, you will own an end-to-end piece from day one and ship it to production, collaborating with an ambitious team to push the frontier of memory, tools, and context in large language models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, AI, math or related quantitative field.
• Strong Python; proficient in C++/Go/Rust/Java.
• Solid ML/NLP fundamentals with hands-on LLM experience.
• Ability to translate research papers into working code.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the agent runtime powering customer-service agents.
• Engineer context and memory for long multi-turn agents.
• Post-train and fine-tune LLMs and build data flywheel.
• Design and integrate tools, Skills, and MCP connectors.
• Build evaluation with LLM-as-judge and calibration.
• Develop the self-evolving loop with replay and simulators.
• Own an end-to-end surface across 30+ languages and ship to production.
