Job summary

Join Sierra as a Software Engineer Intern to work on production AI agents that power customer implementations. You will contribute to the design and deployment of AI agents, shipping features, and learning from real-world use cases at scale.

The program targets students graduating December 2027 - June 2028 and offers an in-person experience with mentorship and hands-on learning in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
• A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency - you find creative ways to overcome obstacles and ship.
• Excellent communication skills - clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work directly on production AI agents for Sierra's customers.
• Contribute to the design and development of AI agents, shipping features and learning from real-world use cases at scale.
