Job summary

NCS Group is seeking interns to advance Sunshine.Coder, its internal AI-powered software engineering platform used by 1,000+ engineers. You’ll help build AI agents to streamline workflows and write automation tests to improve reliability and efficiency.

You will participate in Day 1 and Day 2 activities, contribute to platform prototyping, and engage in coaching sessions to help teams adopt AI-assisted SDLC practices. This role offers hands-on experience in AI tooling within a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in a relevant field with interest in AI and software engineering.
• Passion for learning new tools, frameworks, and approaches in AI-enabled software development.
• Exposure to software development concepts and enthusiasm for contributing to SDLC workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test AI agents to automate coding tasks (code generation, unit tests, reviews).
• Author reusable Claude skills to boost engineer productivity.
• Help instrument analytics to measure tool adoption and ROI across squads.
