Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd invites interns to join Sunshine.Coder, its AI-powered software engineering platform used by 1,000+ engineers. You will contribute to Day 1 and Day 2 workstreams, focusing on building AI agents to streamline workflows and writing automation tests to boost reliability.

You'll work on agent development, skill authoring, adoption analytics, and platform feature prototyping, while gaining hands-on coaching on prompt engineering and SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Python (preferred) and .NET; exposure to JavaScript or Java.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools and SDLC best practices.
• Interest in AI/ML concepts and software engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and test AI agents that automate software development tasks in Sunshine.Coder.
• Develop reusable Claude skills to improve engineer productivity.
• Instrument telemetry to measure adoption and ROI across squads.
• Prototype platform features on Sunshine.Coder web app, including authentication and API gateway middleware.
