PERSOL is seeking a Digital Transformation Executive to lead AI, automation and digitalisation initiatives in the East Region on a contract basis. You will collaborate with business teams, IT, engineers and vendors to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

The role focuses on implementing digital solutions, developing roadmaps, and ensuring successful delivery of transformation projects with a strong emphasis on automation and measurable benefits.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in IT, digitalisation, automation, technology projects or transformation.
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, CS or related discipline.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end AI, digitalisation, automation, and transformation projects from concept to implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and implementation roadmaps.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Support software development, system integration, implementation, and UAT activities.
• Evaluate and implement AI, automation, simulation, and data analytics solutions.
• Work closely with vendors, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Track project benefits, including productivity improvement, cost reduction, quality, and lead-time reduction.
• Drive user adoption through communication, training, and change management.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for business application.

Must have

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in IT, digitalisation, automation, technology projects or transformation
• Experience with project coordination, system implementation or UAT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management

• Power Automate or other automation platforms
• SQL / Python / C#

• API and database knowledge
