Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a focused professional to drive AI tool adoption and enablement across business units. You will analyze user pains, design practical solutions, and support onboarding, testing, and post-implementation feedback.

The role includes configuring lightweight automation via no-code/low-code platforms, developing training materials, and building AI literacy among user groups. You will manage projects, track risks, and communicate progress while upholding responsible AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong interest in AI tools, digital transformation, workflow improvement and user enablement.

Responsibilities

• Support adoption of AI tools by understanding user pain points and identifying solutions.
• Configure low-code/no-code workflows using Power Automate and similar platforms.
• Deliver training, create guides and enable users across teams.
• Coordinate projects, track timelines and stakeholder updates.
• Promote responsible AI use and ensure guidelines are followed.
