Job summary

GMP RECRUITMENT SERVICES (S) PTE LTD seeks a qualified professional in Singapore to drive adoption of in-house AI tools and oversee low-code automation projects. You will tailor AI capabilities to user needs, develop learning resources, and promote governance and responsible AI use.

The role involves deploying Power Automate/Power Apps and related tools, creating guides, and coordinating stakeholder communications to ensure successful digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Strong interest in AI technologies and digital transformation.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms is desirable.
• Experience in digital adoption, change management, or project coordination.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of in-house AI tools by identifying user needs and recommending suitable AI solutions.
• Develop user guides, prompt libraries, playbooks, and support onboarding, testing, and user feedback.
• Configure and deploy low-code/no-code workflow automation solutions using platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, or UiPath.
• Document workflows, business requirements, implementation processes, and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
• Deliver AI training, workshops, demonstrations, and create learning resources to build AI literacy across users.
• Coordinate AI adoption projects, manage timelines, risks, stakeholder communications, and prepare project updates and reports.
• Promote responsible AI practices by educating users on governance, confidentiality, accuracy, and human oversight, while performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Digital Transformation, Education, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in AI technologies, digital transformation, workflow optimisation, and user enablement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience or familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, Copilot, UiPath, or similar tools.
• Experience in digital adoption, change management, business process improvement, or project coordination, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
