Job description

Our client, one of Asia‑Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:

Agile / Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Run regular cadences and progress reviews to track milestones, surface risks, and ensure accountability across workstreams.
• Collaborate with other divisions and external agencies to monitor dataset onboarding, integration, and delivery timelines.
• Manage and fulfil security and compliance requirements of systems (e.g. System Security Plan, IT Audit).
• Work with relevant teams to ensure data products user onboarding and access provisioning are completed within stipulated SLAs.
• Plan and support key meetings to drive data programme outcomes; Identify and implement process improvements to automate tracking, simplify reporting, and standardize workflows.
• Track programme metrics and delivery KPIs (e.g. dataset onboarding rate, automation coverage, adoption levels) to monitor progress against goals and support leadership reporting.
• Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and deliverables for governance and audit compliance.

Requirements

• Degree with minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in project or programme management, preferably in the public sector, data, or technology domains.
• Proficient in Agile delivery methods, and familiar with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with security and compliance processes is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data or analytics platforms (e.g. AWS Redshift, SageMaker, SQL, Tableau).
