Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge between customer stakeholders and the development team, ensuring requirements are understood and delivered.

You will write user stories, support sprint planning, document processes, and lead training across LSRA and ACD divisions to enable effective use of SENTRA. Experience in Agile and with Confluence/JIRA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile teams and writing user stories.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into clear acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with product backlog grooming and sprint ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the Customer's stakeholders (LSRA and ACD) and the development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
• Write and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria for the product backlog
• Support product backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions
• Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements
• Lead, coordinate, and conduct training sessions for end users across LSRA and ACD divisions, ensuring they are equipped to use SENTRA effectively

Additional experiences:

• Experience working in Agile teams, including writing user stories and participating in sprint ceremonies
• Experience with tools like Confluence, JIRA, or similar product management and documentation platforms is a plus
