Job summary

The Digitalisation Engineer at Sembcorp Specialised Construction plays a key role in introducing agentic AI to enhance construction workflows, drive efficiency, and support strategic outcomes. You will liaise with project managers, engineers, IT teams, and field staff to ensure seamless integration of software, hardware, and smart technologies on site and in offices.

Qualifications

A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, Business IT or related field.
Experience with agentic AI usage, workflow automation and AI-enabled analysis.
Familiar with built environment projects and field operations advantage.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Automate, etc.).
Knowledge of networking, sensors and cloud systems.
Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
Lean or Agile methodologies knowledge.
Hands-on SQL Server experience (design, queries, performance).

Responsibilities

Explore, develop and integrate agentic AI tools to automate workflows and support decisions.
Develop and maintain SOPs for integrated technologies.
Provide training and support for field and office staff on new tech.
Ensure all solutions comply with industry regulations and data security.
Monitor performance and optimize technology use across projects.
Support real-time data collection and analysis for project decisions.
