Job summary

Sembcorp Specialised Construction Pte Ltd is hiring a Digitalisation Engineer to integrate agentic AI into construction workflows, automate processes, and improve decision support. You’ll bridge project managers, engineers, IT teams, and field staff to deploy software and smart tech across build environments.

Candidates should have a degree in IT/engineering or related fields, experience with AI-enabled analytics, and familiarity with Power BI/Tableau. Knowledge of Lean/Agile methods is valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Experience with agentic AI usage and workflow automation.
• Exposure to built environment projects or field operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Explore and integrate agentic AI tools to automate workflows and improve project reporting.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for integrated technologies across projects.
• Train field and office staff on new tech and ensure data security compliance.
• Monitor technology performance across multiple projects and optimise usage.
