Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Digital Built Environment, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in the Singapore construction/built environment; fresh graduates with strong digital competencies are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain digital construction platforms including CDEs and e-PTW throughout projects.
• Assist with IDD/ BIM workflows to ensure data flows across design, fabrication, and construction.
• Analyze site/operational processes and convert gaps into digitized solutions.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions for site engineers and project teams.
• Oversee data capture from field operations and generate project insights and dashboards.
• Collaborate with software vendors and internal teams to pilot and scale new digital technologies.
