Job summary
SembCorp Utilities Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Digital Projects Specialist to support modernization across generation, transmission, or distribution operations.

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in engineering, IT/OT, or digital projects.
- Hands-on experience with data tools, cloud platforms, or automation software.
- Ability to break down problems, learn quickly, and work with technical and operational teams.
- Clear communication and willingness to work on field-facing and desk-based tasks.
- Past experience with robotics and/or networking is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support digital improvement projects across generation, transmission, or distribution operations.
- Help evaluate existing tools and processes (e.g., SCADA, GIS, AMI, CMMS) and identify areas that can be automated or streamlined.
- Work with engineers and field teams to understand requirements and turn them into workable digital solutions.
- Assist in implementing technologies such as data dashboards, basic analytics, IoT devices, or workflow automation tools.
- Help integrate new systems with existing OT/IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and support users during rollout.
- Support the robotics program for data collection
