Job summary

Hai Robotics in Singapore is seeking an experienced After-Sales Service Engineer to own the service lifecycle for key customers. You will handle requests, coordinate maintenance visits, and ensure rapid issue resolution.

You will lead a small service team, monitor service quality, and develop streamlined processes to improve response times. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to support regional clients.

Job description

1. Handle customer after-sales service requests and complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

3. Analyze after-sales service data, formulate improvement measures, and continuously enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
4. Develop and refine after-sales service processes and standards to ensure the quality and efficiency of after-sales services

Qualifications

1. Nitec or Diploma and above, preferably mechanical engineering, mechatronic, automation, electronic engineering, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of work experience in a relevant field, preferably experience in after-sales service and maintenance
3. Possess excellent communication skills and team management abilities, able to effectively coordinate and lead a team to achieve work objectives.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and customer service awareness, able to quickly respond to customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
5. Familiar with robotics, warehousing, logistics, or related fields, with a deep understanding of after-sales service processes and standards
6. Basic English and Mandarin language proficiency
