Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a client services professional to serve top-tier clients, manage credit card servicing, and deliver personalised concierge experiences. You will engage in account management to enhance customer satisfaction and drive card billings.

Collaborating with Product, Marketing and Private Client teams, you will support new affluent client acquisition, nurture relationships, and organise exclusive events while ensuring compliance with KYC/AML and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant working experience is required.
• 2-5 years in service management, marketing or sales.
• Experience servicing affluent or high-net-worth clients is essential.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and client relations skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities are necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; quick learner of new systems.
• Proactive team player with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility to attend client events during evenings and weekends.
• Interest in travel, fashion, arts, music, sports and theatre is advantageous.
• Understanding lifestyle expectations of affluent clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for selected top-tier clients in credit card servicing.
• Deliver personalised concierge services and account management to boost card billings.
• Support acquisition of new affluent customers and strengthen relationships.
• Develop merchant partnerships and lifestyle benefits for exclusive experiences.
• Support product development initiatives and drive product KPIs.
• Monitor external vendors to ensure service standards.
• Conduct research and coordinate logistics to fulfill client requests.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Private Client Relationship Managers and Customer Service teams to improve the customer journey.
• Assist in organising client events and manage project initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements and internal policies.
