Qualifications

• 2–3 years of account management experience (client-facing).

• Experience in performance marketing/affiliate marketing preferred.
• Experience with Asia cross-border e-commerce or travel industry highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client relationships and ensure satisfaction through proactive communication.
• Develop and implement client engagement plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead affiliate program strategies and campaigns for priority clients to drive Rakuten Advertising revenue.
• Maintain regular communication with clients via meetings, emails, calls, and support tickets.
