Job summary

Liebherr‑Singapore Pte Ltd, part of the Liebherr Group, is seeking an MRO Support Manager to lead our aerospace repair and maintenance engineering shop in Singapore. You will manage technical and maintenance support for inspections, repairs and testing, ensuring compliance with airworthiness regulations and OEM standards.

You will lead engineers to develop new repair capabilities, approve technical documentation, and drive improvements with OEMs and sub-contractors.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
7+ years’ engineering experience related to aviation repair or aviation industry environment.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
Broad knowledge of project planning, risk assessment, statistics, and SPC.
Good understanding of Airworthiness regulations (FAA, EASA, CAAS, CAAC) Part 145 requirements.
Strong knowledge of technical documents (CMMs, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, etc.), process qualification & certification.
Proficient in IT applications, e.g. ERP/SAP, MS Office, Power BI.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers to develop new repair capabilities and approve technical documentation.
Lead the maintenance team to execute maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability.
Provide technical and maintenance support for component and equipment inspection, repair, and testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projects.
Coordinate with OEM and contractors for approvals, audits and MRO development.
