Job summary

Liebherr Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Product Support Engineer to deliver engineering and technical support for Liebherr products in service or pre-entry. You will act as a focal point for technical issues with OEMs, operators, and customers, assist with warranty decisions, and liaise with the AER network for responses to queries.

You will review publication changes, support ROI analyses for new capabilities, and participate in vendor evaluations.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Aerospace or Aeronautic or equivalent.
3-5 years’ work experience in aviation repair or aviation industry environment.
Experience in Part 145 organization repair workflow processes.
Knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic theory and operation.
Familiarity with technical documents and drawings.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering/technical support to airlines and MROs for Liebherr products.
Act as focal point for reporting and following up of technical issues with OEMs and customers.
Assist warranty investigations and recommend warranty decisions.
Review and implement Technical Publication changes in internal systems.
Support capital equipment justification and ROI analysis for new projects.
Coordinate with OEMs and Field Service Representatives for technical responses.
Travel 10–20% of time for training or work objectives.
