Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an MRO Operations Support engineer in Singapore to serve as a technical focal for workscope management, repair dispositions, and engineering support for airworthiness and customer requirements.

You will evaluate repairs on nacelle components, communicate with OEMs on technical issues, and prepare repair packages with drawings, stress analyses, and airworthiness approvals. Proficiency in CATIA and 3D printing is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience.
• SMART Factory/Industry 4.0 experience is a plus.
• Programming in Python and familiarity with data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on workscope management, repair dispositions, and quotes.
• Assess repairs for nacelle components—metallic and composite.
• Coordinate with OEMs on technical issues and repair assessments.
• Develop repair packages with drawings, stress analysis, and airworthiness submissions.
• Design tooling and fixtures using CATIA and 3D printing; coordinate fabrication.
