Job summary

ALLIER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced aircraft maintenance professional to diagnose, inspect, and repair aircraft and components, while coordinating complex projects from planning to completion.

You will liaise across B1, B2, Sheet Metal, and Cabin teams, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and quality in all activities. Strong documentation and teamwork are essential for delivering on schedule.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in diagnosing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining aircraft and components.
• Experience coordinating maintenance trades (B1, B2, Sheet Metal, Cabin) and projects.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, drawings, blueprints and technical documentation.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance on aircraft, engines, avionics, structures, and components.
• Support and coordinate maintenance projects from planning through completion.
• Monitor progress, schedules, and manpower to ensure safe, on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with various maintenance trades to maintain workflow.
• Review technical docs and implement effective solutions with engineering teams.
• Maintain maintenance records and progress updates.
• Liaise with internal teams, customers, and subcontractors as required.
• Identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in productivity and safety.
