Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in aerospace MRO, precision engineering, manufacturing, or highly regulated environment.
• Technical knowledge in electroplating, NDT, machining, mechanical/process engineering, or materials technology.
• Proven experience driving Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage special process operations (machining, plating, NDT, coatings, labs).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, OEM, and customer requirements via audits and reviews.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence across functions.
• Lead process improvement projects to enhance quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost.
• Provide technical leadership for repair, overhaul, and manufacturing challenges.
• Develop and implement new process capabilities, standards, and best practices.
• Train and mentor technical personnel to strengthen process knowledge.
• Lead maintenance activities to ensure high availability and efficiency of equipment.
• Manage facility upgrades, renovations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
