Job summary

RTX, Pratt & Whitney division in Singapore, seeks a pricing and commercial strategy leader to support ad-hoc and long-term sales campaigns across Asia Pacific. • Experience in aviation industry, preferably 8–10 years.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Marketing; MBA asset.
• Strong data analytics, modeling, and cost estimation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategy and commercial solutions for sales campaigns.
• Drive gross margin growth and optimize shop event costs.
• Coordinate with shop, finance, program, and ICC teams.
• Lead cost analysts and manage quotes and BAFO processes.
• Approve quotations and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
