Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, is a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines and auxiliary power units. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our QA Training Department and support the transformation of the organization’s training programs.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, equipment, and tools to perform assembly, disassembly, and inspection of engines, modules, components, and accessories.
• Interpret and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with technical standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during daily operations to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Support the Workshop Engineers and Cell Leaders in achieving production targets and meeting operational targets.
• Perform SAP transactions, including updating and modifying work orders as required.
• Actively participate in EH&S programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards of ethics and compliance.

What You Will Learn

We offer training that includes a NITEC or Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline and hands‑on experience in engine or module assembly, disassembly, inspection or testing. Fresh candidates with aerospace education background and no prior experience are welcome to apply. Candidates should be physically fit and able to lift and carry components, have a good understanding of technical drawings and manuals, be meticulous, detail‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn, and willing to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and commit to overtime when required.
